Get Fit with the Fox

Being active is a key part of good health for all of us. Exercise strengthens muscles and bones to ensure that young bodies are capable of doing normal kid stuff... like lifting a backpack or running a race.  Balanced eating  also helps control weight and decrease risk of chronic illnesses, such as high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes.   Connie the Fox-keeper (a former PE teacher) has a passion helping students  make healthy choices.  Let's all "Get Fit with the Fox!"
